أنت مسؤول تماماً عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بحسابك. يجب أن تكون جميع المعلومات المقدمة عند التسجيل دقيقة ومحدثة. نحن لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي خسارة ناتجة عن استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
تُدفع رسوم الخدمات والاشتراكات مقدماً بناءً على الخطة المختارة. المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في الحالات التي ينص عليها القانون. سيتم تجديد اشتراكك تلقائياً ما لم تقم بإلغائه قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية. Service and subscription fees are billed in advance based on the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.
يُمنع منعاً باتاً استخدام خدماتنا لأي أغراض غير قانونية، أو محاولة اختراق النظام، أو إعادة بيع الخدمة أو نسخها أو توزيعها لأطراف ثالثة دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة منا. It is strictly prohibited to use our services for any illegal purposes, attempt to hack the system, or resell, copy, or distribute the service to third parties without our prior written consent.
قد تتطلب بعض خدماتنا الربط مع أنظمة جهات خارجية أو رسمية (مثل أنظمة الفوترة الإلكترونية أو هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك). أنت توافق على نقل البيانات اللازمة لهذه الجهات وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية والتقنية، ونحن لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي توقف أو خلل من طرف تلك الجهات. Some of our services may require integration with third-party or official systems (such as e-invoicing systems or ZATCA). You agree to the transfer of necessary data to these entities in accordance with legal and technical requirements, and we hold no responsibility for any downtime or malfunction on their end.
